Diamonds are delivered instantly
Diamonds are a virtual item with no cash value. They are delivered in game within a minute of payment, to the character you verified during purchase. By completing the purchase you ask for delivery to start straight away, and you acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the Diamonds have been delivered.
When we refund
- Not delivered: if your Diamonds did not arrive and we cannot deliver them, you get a full refund.
- Charged twice or charged by mistake: contact support with your order number and we refund the duplicate.
- Where the law requires it.
Otherwise there are no refunds once Diamonds are delivered. When a refund is given, the Diamonds from that order are taken back from the account.
Chargebacks and disputes
Please contact support before opening a dispute with your bank or PayPal; most problems are solved within a day. A chargeback or dispute leads to a review of the account, and the Diamonds (or what was bought with them) can be removed while it is open.
