What we collect
- Buying Diamonds: your e-mail address and country, the character you deliver to, and your order (pack, amount, date). The country is kept as evidence for EU VAT rules.
- Payments: handled by Stripe, PayPal or NOWPayments. Card numbers and bank details go to them, never to our server; we only receive a payment reference and the result.
- Playing: your game account name, characters and in-game activity, and the IP address you connect from (used against cheating and abuse).
- This website: a session cookie that keeps your cart and your character verification during a purchase. No advertising or tracking cookies.
Why
To deliver what you bought, keep the game fair, prevent fraud and chargebacks, and meet tax and accounting duties.
How long
Order records are kept as long as tax law requires (in Greece, typically 5 years or more). Game data is kept while your account exists.
Who else sees it
Only the payment providers above and, if needed, an accountant or the authorities. We do not sell your data.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how it is used, and you can complain to your data protection authority (in Greece: the Hellenic Data Protection Authority). Contact support to make a request.
