What L2 Schism is
L2 Schism is a free-to-play, fan-run private game server. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to NCSOFT. The service is provided as is, may change or be interrupted, and during the beta characters may be wiped.
Your account
- You are responsible for your account and password. Do not share them.
- Breaking the Rules can lead to losing access to your account, including anything bought for it.
Diamonds
- Diamonds are a virtual in-game item. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged back for money, and are not your property; you receive a limited licence to use them in the game.
- Diamonds are delivered in game to the character you verify during purchase, normally within a minute of payment (at your next login if you are offline).
- Prices are shown in euros at checkout. Orders over the daily limit or above a review amount are checked by hand before delivery.
- If the server closes, unused Diamonds are not refunded, except where the law requires otherwise.
Refunds and chargebacks
See the Refund Policy. In short: no refunds once Diamonds are delivered, except where required by law. A chargeback or payment dispute leads to a review of the account, and the Diamonds involved can be taken back.
